When will i join ?? Fingers crossed...

Every graduate dreams to get placed in a company of his choice .To make his dream come true he puts in lot of effort in terms of energy and time and works hard towards its accomplishment .He concentrates on his education, attends computer courses and skills enhancement sessions . Parents provide any level of financial support for the same. And when the dream is fulfilled his joy has no bounds. Parents obtain immense pleasure in their ward's success and are proud to share his achievement .

Wait !! The story doesn't end here. Months after graduation he waits to hear from his company. Parental anxiety and well wishers queries reach its peak, still no news from his concern.On contacting they give a very plain reply " Wait patiently till you hear from us ". With no options in hand and absolutely no idea of what is in store he keeps waiting for the day news of his date of joining will hit his ears. Rumour mills surround but he still waits optimistically believing that his company will never let him down. A section of people say " Don't rely entirely on this company . Keep other options as well " while the rest spread positive vibes like " The company has acquired new projects and so will call you by November ".
Our graduate hopes for the best and remains unfazed by the lure for other companies.Six months gone but no good news yet and rumours give a nasty picture that the company may never call....The wait continues.... But the company never bothers to inform the recruited candidates when or if at all they will be called...This silence hampers the candidate from deciding what to do next. At such a situation a tentative joining date is welcome. This enables the recruited candidates to effectively utilize their time before joining their respective concerns.A request to the concerned people to make this wait fruitful....Time is indeed precious!!
