He loves to be revered and respected in the society for whatever he does.From his family to friends each of them play a major role in upbringing his talents.Only encouragement can make him reach greater heights and furthermore develop his talents.That is the power of this word ENCOURAGEMENT.
Have you ever wondered why a kindergarten school teacher compliments in every page of the homework of a child??This sort of encouragement makes the student more focused towards his work to earn the much cherished compliments..And the pride the child gets on being complimented is priceless....Isn't it??Well , I am really proud to mention that because of my maths teacher in college Mrs.Anuradha this thought sprouted in my mind.How many teachers correct homework at college level and compliment for the work you do??She does...She is a living epitome showing how you can encourage children.
Cricketers are revered next to god in India..It is only because of the support they receive from people the sport is so popular in our nation.Not only cricket many other sports men have attained great heights only due to encouragement of their family, senior players and people all over the country.So behind every successful person there is a wave of encouragement.Spread on this wave to make new achievers!!!

My encouragement is always there with you, and of course who could forget Anuradha madam,she is a gem in every aspect and her encouragements were simply priceless.And you are absolutely bang on target by the fact, a child `s interest and development grows with the amount of encouragement the child gets, so full marks for that perception.
